Hey friends, thanks for tuning in! This EP was written and recorded in various bedrooms over the last 8 months whilst I've been living between the cities of Nottingham and Liverpool. It's about the impotent fear of growing older, dealing with feelings of intense anxiety during a bizarre and fractured year, and coping with mental illness throughout a time where many of us have no doubt felt very scared and alienated. But it's also about optimism, acknowledgment, and the overcoming of those things.

I hope that these songs find you well and that you are as happy as can be and in good health! Thank you endlessly, whoever you are and wherever you are, for your support. It means the world to me that you're listening.
